Refund policy

Every Rudraksha, mala and Vastu product is checked and packed carefully before it leaves our Kandivali West, Mumbai office. Please read this policy before you order.
Damaged or wrong item: we replace it
- If your order arrives damaged, broken, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos of the product and the packaging on WhatsApp (+91 97739 32299) or by email (info@rudrakshamart.com). An unboxing video helps us resolve it faster.
- Once we confirm the issue, we will guide you on how to send the item back. We ship the replacement as soon as the returned item reaches us.
- The customer pays the courier cost of sending the item back, for orders both within India and outside India. For international returns, any customs charges on the return are also paid by the customer. We ship the replacement to you free of charge.
- If a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount you paid for that item to your original payment method (for COD orders, by bank transfer or UPI).
Returns we cannot accept
Rudraksha, malas, yantras and other spiritual products are personal items and cannot be resold once they have been received and used. For this reason we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, a different size or colour preference, or natural variations in a bead's shape, colour or texture.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show the amount in your account. Shipping charges, COD fees and any customs duties paid are not refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
